The full name of glass fiber shingle is fiberglass asphalt shingle. As the name suggests, its core matrix is fiberglass tire. At the same time, it is clearly stated in Article 5.2 of the national standard: the glass fiber mat used is low-alkali or medium-alkali glass fiber, which meets the requirements of 5.1 and 5.5.2 in GB/T 18840 2002, and the mass per unit area of the tire base It should not be lower than 90g/m2. The tire base compounded with glass fiber mesh cloth shall not be used.
2. Asphalt
Asphalt is the main waterproof material in tiles. Pure asphalt itself is a paste-like object, and it is very easy to be affected by thermal expansion and contraction, and its stability is very poor. The asphalt used on glass fiber tiles needs to change its high temperature resistance , and stability, there are two main ways to change the nature.
One is to add chemicals to the asphalt to change the shape of the asphalt; the other is to change the properties of the asphalt from the molecular structure through chemical reactions, which is called modified asphalt.
The performance of oxidized asphalt is much higher than that of modified asphalt. The domestic asphalt is mainly modified asphalt, and the foreign products are mainly oxidized asphalt.
3. Colored sand
Colored sand brands mainly include 3M in the United States, Zinlin in France, and other domestic brands. The quality of the first two is recognized as the most stable in the industry.

4. Adhesive strip
There are two main types of adhesive strips, one is ordinary strip adhesive strips, which are mainly used in single-layer, double-layer and fish scale types. The other is full-back glue, that is, the entire back is covered with glue, which is mainly used on mosaics and Goethe types.
