2. Explanation of key laboratory equipment
①Electric heating blast drying oven: dry stone powder, yellow sand, test constant weight, sample asphalt shingles, set (90±2)℃, (120±2)min, observe and record whether the coating on the surface of the test piece has slipped Flowing, dripping, and concentrated bubbles.
② Low-pressure impermeable instrument: test whether the asphalt shingle leaks under the condition of normal temperature and low-pressure water injection (judging according to whether the test piece has obvious water seepage and whether the filter paper is discolored)
③Electronic tensile testing machine: tensile strength test (each load 5N test maximum tensile value), nail pull-out resistance test (75N)
④Mineral material adhesion scrubbing machine: The scrubbing machine is used, and the scrubbing completes 50 cycles. The quality of the samples before and after the test is poor (1g)
⑤Asphalt softening point test device: use glycerin and steel balls to test the softening temperature of asphalt
⑥Digital display asphalt penetration meter: test the thickness of different batches of asphalt shingles
⑦Xenon lamp aging test box: Test the aging resistance of asphalt shingles. After the test is completed, it needs to stand for 24 hours at room temperature to observe the effect (1h is about 18 hours, 500 hours is about 1 year)
3. Colored granules fading test display
Sampling (appropriate amount of colored granules) mixed reagent (5% dilute hydrochloric acid) to observe the color change
Test the color stability of colored granules under acidic environment, and the color of inferior colored sand will fade seriously
